Paul Middione

Biography

Hi, I’m Paul Middione, the Broker here at Zapien Property Team. You can count on me to bring experience, calm, and clear strategy to your real estate decisions in this competitive Bay Area market. For decades, my business has grown almost entirely through referrals from satisfied clients. People send friends and family my way because they know I will treat them with the same care and attention.

I see every transaction as more than a contract. It is a family’s next chapter, an investor’s long term plan, or a first step toward financial independence. I take ownership of those goals as if they were my own, and I am proud that many of the clients I helped years ago still come back to me today and trust me with their next purchase, sale, or investment move.

At the core of my work is a simple promise: I will always put your best interests first, give you honest advice, and back it up with diligent, detail oriented service.

Background and Qualifications

I have been in real estate long enough to see multiple market cycles and to help clients navigate all of them.

  • Licensed by the California Department of Real Estate since 1991
  • Real Estate Broker since 1993
  • Graduate of San Jose State University (1991), with a degree in Business Finance and Economics

My professional affiliations include:

  • National Association of REALTORS® (NAR)
  • California Association of REALTORS® (C.A.R.)
  • Silicon Valley Association of REALTORS® (SILVAR)
  • California Association of Mortgage Professionals

These memberships keep me connected to current market data, changes in law, lending trends, and ethical standards in San Jose and Silicon Valley real estate. They also reflect how seriously I take my responsibility to represent clients with professionalism and integrity.

I am also a member of the National Eagle Scout Association. The values I learned through scouting, such as trustworthiness, reliability, and service, still guide the way I do business today.

Local Roots in Willow Glen

I live in Willow Glen with my wife and our three children, and I truly enjoy being part of this community. Living, working, and raising a family here gives me a day to day understanding of what makes different San Jose neighborhoods special, including schools, commute options, parks, shops, and overall community feel.

When I am not helping clients, you will probably find me:

  • Biking around local trails
  • Traveling with my family
  • Playing golf
  • Spending time with friends and loved ones

These personal ties to Willow Glen and the greater San Jose area are a big reason I am so committed to helping people make smart, well informed real estate decisions here. Whether you are buying, selling, or investing, my goal is to give you the kind of guidance that keeps you coming back for years and makes you feel confident recommending me to the people you care about.
